Often, People freak out when they hear the word “Psychotherapy” they think therapy is for whom who suffer from mental illness. But contrary to common misconception, psychotherapy isn’t just for those who are struggling with mental illness. It can be beneficial for anyone who is experiencing, intense emotions, and stress, anxiety or life transitions and wants to improve their life. In therapy, you can learn different skills and coping strategies to handle various life challenges.

The session fee is calculated based on the time which is dedicated to therapy and it varies from $180 to $240 for 50-60 minutes of therapy for individuals or couples. An extra $70 will be charged for each additional 15-20 minutes.

Therapy sessions may partly be covered by your extended health insurance. We will provide you with a receipt for insurance claims. We need to inform you that we do not directly deal with the insurance companies. Please check with your insurance company about their policy in advance. 

It’s important to remember that reaching out is not a sign of weakness. What we all need is to take a care of our self and therapy is a significant step toward this way. Sooner you seek help, the faster you can get back on track and sometimes you are on a track but you need some skills to move faster and reach your goal. So, isn’t it amazing to get to that place with more resilience and joy?
